I should point out that Henry Cavill (Superman) trained anywhere from 5-7 hours a day for 5 months to prepare for his role as Superman. I recognize that we won’t devote that kind of time to conditioning and nutrition. However, I am suggesting that you can lay the foundation for the “superhero” in you this summer.
